The Federation of Leaders in Special Education (FLSE) is the national representative body for leaders of special schools and special education services in England.

What did Zebra do for FLSE?

Design

• Developed a look and feel for the website based on the organisations logo, brand around their logo.

Development

• News Plug-in can be integrated with any Zebra CMS site with speed and ease. The plug-in allows FLSE to display all their news in a clear format and event set expiry dates for articles so that they can be removed automatically without you having to worry about out of date content displaying on the website
• Blog which add the latest articles to thier website, blog page will displays the latest 3 articles and have a link to archived articles, set expiry dates for each post so that your site's blog page doesn't get out of date
• Gallery with unlimited galleries, sub-galleries and images
• Forum, allow FLSE visitors to discuss the latest issues and share ideas

Membership Subscription Software

• Used Zebra's Membership Subscription software
• Members can register and pay subscription fee online
• Members prompted when subscription renewals are needed
• Administration staff associate members with their organisations - thus target their information correctly
• FLSE can set mailing lists from regsistered members and send newsletters

Provided NCSN with Zebra's content management software:

• Allowing users to create pages and edit content on those pages via WYSWIG Editor,
• HTML Template accessibility
• Updates and support through Zebra

Search Engine Optimization

• Zebra worked on page optimisation- setting Meta Keywords & Meta Descriptions on all main pages.
• Submitted website to a number of search engines
• Zebra's CMS software provides clients with statisics from their website. For example - how many unique visitors, which search engine they were transferred from.
