Timesheet Software allows you to tack your customers, how long have spent of a jobs and bills your customer at the end of the month.

The Timesheet Software includes:

Add Customer Details

• Company Name
• Telephone
• Email
• [Ticked Box] if the customer requires the detail list of jobs to be sent to them.

Add  Staff Members

• Name
• Email
• Username
• Password

Projects

Each customer can have more than serveral projects

• Name of Project
• Description of Project
• URL
• Price per hour [free to type box]

Timesheet

• Description of work done
• Time spent: drop down box with 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours.

Timesheet Billing

End of each month the timesheet software automatically totals the number of hours worked, then calculators the price via "Price per hour" forward detailed list of jobs to your accounts department for invoicing.

The timesheet software can also send total of all jobs done to the customer, if the customer has requests this.
